We are equipped with a 4,000 square foot state-of-the-art cleaning plant, complete with a dusting room, scrubbing and extraction room as well as an envionmentaly friendly drying facility. Shehadi's has been cleaning rugs of all types since 1900.

Cleaning Services Price List
  • General Rug Cleaning brought to store* ----------------------------------- $2.50 per sq. ft.
    • *Shag rugs are $3.00 per sq. ft for general cleaning due to extra labor involved​
    • *Please note that shag rugs do not clean up as well as other rugs
    • *Minimum price of $30 per rug
  • Braided or reversible rug general cleaning* -------------------------------$3.00 per sq. ft.
  • General Rug Cleaning with pick-up and delivery ------------------------ $3.50 per sq. ft. + distance fee
*please call for accurate quote. There is a $200 minimum total order.
** Due to high volume of orders we are currently not offering laying out of rugs. Rugs will be rolled in a bag, put in any room you would like, but not rolled out or placed under furniture. 
  • Enzyme Soak to eliminate animal urine odors - brought to store --- $5.00 per sq. ft.
*Enzyme soak includes general cleaning after the soaking process​
*There is a minimum charge of $100.00 for enzyme soaks
*Please note yellow urine stains on wool or cotton rugs are most likely permanent discoloration
  • Enzyme Soak to eliminate excessive urine odor with PU & Delivery--- $6.00 per sq. ft.
*Enzyme soak includes general cleaning after the soaking process​
  • Micro Ban Add-On (Antimicrobial) ----------------------------------------- $1.00 per sq. ft.
  • Deodorize Add-On ------------------------------------------------------------ $1.00 per sq. ft.
  • Carpet Fiber Protection Stain Shield (Wool Only)----------------------- $1.00 per sq. ft.
  • Moth Wrap & Flake for elimination of current moth infestation or storage prep --$1.50 per sq. ft.
  • Storage & insurance of rugs priced per month -------------------------- $0.35 per sq. ft. for one month
